RETURN POLICY

While we will make every effort to fulfill your expectations of our products we are aware that there are valid reasons why items do not sometimes workout. If you wish to return an item that you have purchased from our website please adhere to the following:

· You must contact us immediately at evelyn@runwayclothesconsignment.com to let us know the reason for your return. At that point we will issue you a RA number that you must affix to the box that you are returning the item in. In your e-mail please be sure to include a telephone number that you can be reached and the best time to reach you.

· The item needs to be returned to us within 7 days of receiving it.

· The item must be in the original condition that it was sent out in with the tags attached.

· We will not refund the shipping charges.

· We will e-mail you as soon as the return has been processed.
